What was the highlight of numa l Lief

Comfy rooms conveniently located for trains and the old town tourist attractions.

The hotel is perfectly located between Brussels Midi train station and the old town centre with everything within easy walking distance. Our room was quiet with a super-comfy large bed and small balcony. Gorgeous-smelling toiletries as well as the coffee and tea that was provided were an added bonus. We would definitely go back.

It would have been nice to have an extra chair in the room as there was only one which meant that the only option was to sit on the bed, but it wasn't a big issue.

Very Good

Excellent location.Short 5 minute walk from the Grand Place. Close to many bars and restaurants, many famous locations within a 15 minute walk and very close to public transport. Contactless check in was simple and easy to navigate, we were also able to check in a few hours early ( it’s possible to request this) Bed was amazing, very soft, clean and a large size. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t go for it (breakfast is run from a cafe across the road from the hotel) 5/5 would highly recommend this hotel, for the price point , it’s comfort and it’s central location. I had spent a lot of time to find accommodation that suited a smaller budget without sacrificing quality. Happy with my decision to stay here and would stay again if returning to Brussels .

Wonderful

Nice location. Easy access to the grand square. Not getting breakfast from the hotel. There are bakery stores near by.

It's a bit too much to ask guests to upload their id files. But since there is no reception desk at the hotel. There is no other option. Hopefully the common area can have toilet for guests to use after check-out but still stay for a few more hours.

Definitely a great play to stay in Brussels! Would use again!

Great location! 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 10 minutes' walk to the center of town! Restaurants and small grocery shops all around. Very clean and comfortable (the pillows were actually too fluffy ;-)), no noise and very easy to access at any time with the door code for the entry and lift and rooms. Nice gestures - the bottle of water, crisps and items to make tea and coffee.

The slight smell of cigarettes that was left in the room (I think the previous guest had smoked on the balcony, there was a Coke can ashtray out there). Behind the desk there was an electrical socket that was not securely fastened in the wall.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the location and the charm of this place.

The breakfast at klok can have more options. I stayed for 2 weeks and it became boring to eat the same set menu after 5 days. Also, it would be great if they can have a vending machine at site

Nice place, near to the city center. You can easily walk by foot up to 20 mins to reach most of the tourist attractions. The bed is comfortable.

New and interesting concept

This was the very first hotel where I did not have the chance to interact with anybody. I mean, prior to your arrival you get an access code and with it, you can enter the hotel, activate the elevator, and get to your room. It made things rather easy and simple. The room has a very appropriate size, it is super clean and you have inside of it all you may need.

Two things: The breakfast was "too simple" and also, there are some rooms that are located on a sort of elevated floor so in order to get there, you have to carry your luggage. It was just a few steps but still, it was not comfortable.

Good stay

Superb room equipped with tv, minifridge, radio, coffee maker (coffee capsules included), water boiler, equipment for clothes ironing and very comfortable pillows.

I would have loved to have a bigger table to be able to put a computer. I had to use the ironing board for this, but it did the job. Also, it was a bit awkward that for a longer stay (1 week) I had to go and fetch additional toilet paper, switch towels etc by myself. It was not explained this in the room. I had to hunt for a cleaning lady for to get this information. Practically, during the entire week nobody entered to room at all. I had to get rid of any garbage by myself during the stay. A bit unexpected, but at the end, it was a nice stay.

I liked that everything was online, no key card needed, and the free snacks! Also loved the radio and the coffee machine. It let me have a wonderful start to the morning without leaving the room

Couldn't use the hair dryer because it was smoking but apart from that it was great.

10/10 location, cosy room, great amenities

We arrived in Brussels around 9 in the morning. The hotel's location is perfect (city center), allowing us to drop our baggage at lockers before check-in conveniently. The hotel area has everything you need - a great breakfast spot (I recommend Kaffabar), public transport, and more. Surprisingly, our room was ready a few hours before check-in, making our stay even more convenient. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room, including a hair dryer, iron, coffee, radio/speaker, and essential toiletries like body lotion. The availability of a washing machine added to the convenience. Moreover, the bed was super comfy. Despite mostly favorable weather, one night it rained heavily, leaving us wet and cold. Fortunately, we recalled seeing a heater in the laundry room and it proved to be a great solution (the room's temperature was generally fine, we needed to warm up super fast).

I would have appreciated a cleaner carpet for the freedom to walk barefoot (I ended up using slippers throughout). Additionally, there were moments when guests in the room above us were quite noisy. Understandably, without on-site staff, there's not much that can be done about such disturbances. Nevertheless, I did value the overall online experience.

Great room, and great with some snack and beer when arriving. The breakfast that was served directly from the kitchen was much appreciated.

Was a hassle to store the luggage after checking out. We had a late flight and we got the last locker that could be used for storing the luggage during the day. A couple from our hotel arrived 30 seconds after us, and they could not store their luggage. Moreover, our locker had some type of error on the mechanism so when picking up the luggage we could not open. Quite stressful since we had a flight to catch... However, we called the staff (there is no staff at the hotel) that over the phone managed to help us open the locker (they have noticed the error of the locker in some way and changed the code). So, very helpful staff, but they should change the system for storing the luggage over the day after check out.

We really enjoyed the hotel. But we wouldn’t book a hotel that is all digital again. We are seniors.and still feel we ne

The room was excellent and very comfortable. The entrance was basic as there was no front desk. Everything is digital. The location was excellent half way between train station and Grand Place. Important to know the area well at the outset to really enjoy it.

We had trouble with the digital aspect and it took us time to solve the problems but eventually we did. It would be much easier for people to navigate who have better expertise with the internet and their smart phones.

Nice but I would rather explore other hotels next time.

This property is 10min walk to city centre which is great, and room was spacious and nice

I didn’t like no reception at this hotel. It was smooth process, but I would rather choose hotel with reception next time. Also, breakfast was really not that good. We ate same things for three days in a row, there is basically no choice, you only choose if you would like coffee or juice, everything else is preordered. For 15€ I think you can get much better breakfast at any other place in town.
